the room had good soundproofing! i slept well. the location had easy access to the tram. there was a big park nearby with green space.
the parking pass sometimes failed. it made exiting the parking area frustrating.

The room was super clean and tidy. The breakfast had great options. The location was close to a motorway so perfect for my one night stay.
My shower drain was blocked. I flooded the bathroom after only five minutes. There was no other room available to accommodate a family of four.

The counter staff was very good! they arranged the room with wheelchair access, so it felt very nice and comfortable. also, the counter staff provided excellent care and information. I found it really helpful.
